The values that guide every decision
Infinity integrates social responsibility into its industrial model, promoting local investment, employee safety and wellbeing, training and skills development, and operates within a system of shared values and formal rules that define how we engage with people, partners and the market.
These principles are not externally imposed: they are part of our corporate culture and translate into concrete behaviours at every level of the organisation. The Code of Ethics is their written formalisation: a governance tool that makes values and responsibilities explicit.
